Ronnie Doss

After attending North Carolina State University where he studied communication, Ronnie moved to Atlanta where he started his entrepreneurial career in real estate investment and finance. For the past 5 years Ronnie has traveled all over the world and supported people in creating the life they desire.

In June of 2006, Ronnie was ordained into ministry by Bishop Dale Bronner in Atlanta, Georgia. Since then Ronnie has spoken in seven countries to both churches and major corporations. 3 years ago Ronnie joined Brian Klemmer and his team to begin facilitating leadership training seminars.

Joel Manfredo

As the Chief Technology Officer of the County of Orange, Joel Manfredo is responsible for managing all aspects of the services that CEO/IT delivers. These services include infrastructure (network & platform, telephony, data center operations, security and business continuity operations, including running a 66,000 square foot data center) and business information (database, applications, IT processes and quality assurance). 

Joel is a seasoned, well-rounded executive offering leadership and vision based upon over thirty years of experience working for major organizations in a broad spectrum of functions. He's spent the last 16 years in transformational Chief Information Officer roles and the prior 18 years in many functions in real estate including leasing, finance, development, operations, marketing, construction and utilities. Results include managing hyper growth while quadrupling output and achieving technical reliance on system-generated financial statements in the CIO role at The Irvine Company. At The Rouse Company, he orchestrated a $9.1 million turnaround of a large commercial real estate business and executed energy saving initiatives that resulted in $4.0 million in annual energy cost savings and $3.0 million in utility company rebates.

John Dohm

"Evolving Technology Amidst Rapid Change in the  Marketplace… How will you keep up?"

John Dohm is a distinguished executive with extensive experience in most aspects of information technology, strategy development, and business management. Dohm most recently was interim VP IT of a major apparel manufacturer while maintaining an active role within the software/services company he co-founded, Intellos Systems. John is focused on "new IT" solutions driven by a philosophy of foundational systems, process focus, and "Lite IT." He was previously CIO and VP of E-commerce at American Standard. In this role, he managed a worldwide IT organization and was a member of the corporate Strategy & Planning team. Dohm has numerous accomplishments at American Standard, including supporting global supply chain initiatives, driving a global SAP deployment, negotiating vendor agreements, improving productivity within the IT function across 13 countries, and instituting structured portfolio and program management techniques

Before American Standard, Mr. Dohm was a Partner and founder of the Distributed Computing Infrastructure practice for Deloitte & Touche. During his tenure, the practice grew at a 300% annual growth rate and was one of the fastest growing practice areas within the Firm. Dohm remains the fastest tenured partner in the history of the firm, being promoted from Senior Consultant to Partner in under four years.

Tim Redmond, CPA

Tim Redmond is an expert in bringing transformation to individuals and organizations through his innovative, prophetic and often humorous training approach on high impact leadership, rapid-growth & wealth creation mindsets and strategies, and building top performance teams.

After selling the business to a Fortune 500 company, Tim created the Redmond Leadership Institute to train leaders in business, church, education and government to impart his productive insights he has gained from successfully running and consulting a number of businesses and ministries. Individuals have paid up to $50,000 for a 5-day business growth intensive that Tim conducted. He also works with pastors and churches to attract and develop business leaders to effectively reach their communities and massively fund the vision of their local church.

Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Accounting and earned his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) status. He also graduated from Bible school. He worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers for a number of years before joining Tax and Accounting Software Corporation (TAASC) and Intuit, where he has served for over 15 years.

MESSAGING: From the Ridiculous to the Sublime

Ask most executives what they think of Twitter and you'll usually get one of two answers: These will be either "What?" or "Why do I want to know what you're having for lunch" and both show that these people not only don't get it yet, but they are late to the game.

What they are missing is that Twitter is much more than just a pop culture phenomenon, Twitter defines the bleeding edge of social networking, journalism, PR, and marketing. If you doubt this consider that Dell made over $1 million last Christmas using Twitter to distribute coupons to stimulate sales.

In this presentation, journalist and consultant, Mark Gibbs will start from first principles ("I tweet therefore I am") and explain what Twitter is, how it works, what it means to you, and explain his Sentimeter project, a tool for tracking sentiment on social networks.

At the end of this presentation, if you started out as one of the aforementioned executives, you will get it and, if you're smart, it should be "game on."


Fires, floods and earthquakes, oh my! Between Twitter’s tweets and Facebook’s pokes, how do private and public entities cut through the noise when they need to communicate critical information to ensure the safety of employees, the community, students, and other constituents?

Marc Ladin, Vice President of Global Marketing at emergency notification provider Everbridge, will examine the importance of effective communication before, during and after emergencies and critical incidents and will also address how to break through the communication clutter when you absolutely, positively need to be heard.
