Jeff is a sales and marketing consultant with over 28 years experience in IT. Since May 2008, Jeff has been developing marketing tools for eG Innovations (www.eginnovations.com), a leader in end-to-end application performance monitoring.

Jeff began his career in 1979 as a systems engineer with AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he specified requirements for the maintenance of electronic switching systems. In 1986, he joined Contel Federal Systems, and managed a team of software developers that created one of the first secure TCP/IP networks for the US Air Force. Since 1991, Jeff has worked with several technology vendors to expand their customer base via telemarketing, email campaigns and partner programs; and to reduce sales cycle times by developing clear, concise marketing documentation.

Jeff has a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University, and an MS in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
