Q. What topics are of interest?
A. Anything related to Convergence, Mobility, Security, Emerging and/or Disruptive Technologies and how this affects Businesses and Individuals.

Q. Can you provide me with some more insight on the typical audience?
A. Audience ranges from 55 to 75 attendees, depending on the time of year, topic and guest speakers.  Level of attendee ranges from Senior Managers in the large enterprise space, to Project Managers, Engineers, Software Engineers and Technical Support Specialists.  We also have a cheering section of venture capitalists, bankers and CPAs.

Q. Attendee list?
A. Companies that come to this event or a regular basis are:  Amgen, Countrywide, Verizon, Disney, Princess Cruises, HealthNet, Deloitte, WellPoint, UCLA, NBC/Universal, Time Warner, AIG Sun America, Ticketmaster, Fair Isaac, Mercury Insurance, AT&T, Nortel, Alcatel, United On-Line, 21st Century Insurance, Intuit - Digital Insight, Technicolor, Warner Brothers, and many others.

Q. How long should my presentation be?
A1.

If you are presenting as either the Celebrity CEO / CIO, or the Technology Expert, you should plan on 30-40 minutes with 15 minutes of Q&A.  Typically the groups are quite dynamic, so plan to have people asking questions throughout the presentation.

A2.2 If you are part of a panel discussion, you should plan to deliver 15 minutes of information as the set-up and then the rest of the evening will be dedicated to the rest of the panel as well as lively discussions.

Q. Logistics?
A. Our meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. for dinner.  We ask our speakers to come by 5:30 p.m. with a laptop already loaded with their presentation.  We'll plug the laptop in to ensure everything is in order.  We have a very extensive audio/visual system - so you can bring DVD's or any other type of medium that may have an interesting maessage. You can bring as many colleagues as you like.  The room comfortably seats 75+ with expansion abilities to 100.  Meetings end by 8:15 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
