Edward A. Casale is vice president – Enterprise Federal and CPE Field Operations, responsible for installation and maintenance in support of Enterprise CPE and federal customers nationwide. He has held this position since Oct. 1, 2005. Prior to his current assignment, Casale was vice president - National Data Operations for Verizon’s Network Services Group, where he led an organization of more than 5000 employees focused on provisioning and maintaining DSL and Fast Packet services and delivering an unparalleled broadband customer experience. From 2000 - 2003, Casale was vice president - Broadband Data Operations for the National Services Group, and prior to that assignment, served as vice president - Data Operations, responsible for implementing the daily operations of Verizon Advanced Data. Casale joined New York Telephone in 1980, as an Assistant Supervisor in Queens, New York. He has held operating positions managing large teams in service installation and repair, network management, real estate operations and switching system monitoring and maintenance. Casale was named Vice President, Data Operations in 2000 and was responsible for implementing the daily operations for Verizon Advanced Data. Casale sits on the Executive Board of Junior Achievement of Northern New England and is Chairman. Casale holds a Bachelor of Science degree from State University College in Buffalo, NY and a Master of Business Administration degree from Adelphi University.
